With Call to Book, handle calls: auto-recognize guests, pre-fill reservations, and deliver faster, more personal service.

  2. Our team will review your request and activate the integration.
  3. Connect your telephony system (e.g., VoIP or PBX) with aleno.
  4. Set up permissions for your staff.
  5. Incoming calls will now appear directly in MyTools – including guest profiles and reservation suggestions.
